We sell garden machinery parts and accessories internationally, including France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Portugal, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, and the United Kingdom.
1. Returns Policy Overview
GartenJardin.com accepts returns only for products that are defective or incorrectly supplied.
Customers must notify us in writing within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery if a product is defective or incorrect.
Return requests submitted after 14 days from confirmed delivery will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns for:

2. Reporting a Defective or Incorrect Item
Customers must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery if:
- The item is defective, damaged in transit, or
- The item supplied does not match the order.

3. Evidence Requirements
To process a claim, we may require:
- Clear photographic evidence of the defect or issue
- Photos of packaging and shipping label
- Order number and proof of purchase
- Part or serial number verification
Failure to provide requested evidence may result in the claim being declined.
4. Return Authorisation Required
No item may be returned without prior written approval.
If a return is approved:
- A Return Authorisation (RA) will be issued
- The item must be shipped exactly as instructed
- The RA reference number must be included
Unauthorised returns will be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
5. Inspection & Resolution
All returned items are subject to inspection.
If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied, we may, at our discretion:
- Repair the item
- Replace the item
- Issue a refund
Refunds, where approved, are processed within 14 days of inspection approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
6. Shipping Costs for Approved Claims
If a return is approved due to confirmed defect or incorrect supply:
- Return shipping costs may be reimbursed (subject to prior approval and receipt evidence).
- Original express or upgraded delivery fees are non-refundable.
7. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The item has been installed, fitted, or used
- The item shows signs of grease, dirt, damage, or handling
- Packaging is missing or not in original condition
- The issue arises from incorrect installation or misuse
- The incorrect part was ordered by the customer
Customers are solely responsible for confirming part numbers and compatibility before purchase.
8. Exchanges
GartenJardin.com does not offer product exchanges.
If a customer requires a different item, a new order must be placed.
9. Refund Exclusions
We do not refund:
- Express or upgraded shipping charges
- Customs duties, import taxes, or border fees
- Labour or installation costs
- Any indirect or consequential losses
10. Business Protection
We reserve the right to refuse claims in cases of:
- Suspected misuse or fraud
- Damage occurring after delivery
- Failure to follow claim procedures
- Excessive or repeated abuse of claims
